Shipping & Delivery Policy

We offer specialized local delivery services within Perth to ensure our delicate arrangements and pastries arrive in perfect condition.

• Local Delivery (Up to 20 km): Available for a flat fee of $12.00 AUD on orders over $40.00 AUD.
• Extended Delivery (20 km to 30 km): Available for a flat fee of $25.00 AUD on orders over $40.00 AUD.
• Delivery Days & Hours: Local deliveries are fulfilled Monday through Sunday within two available time slots: from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. 
• Ordering Notice: To ensure maximum freshness and meticulous detail, all delivery orders must be placed with a minimum of 48 hours notice.

Important Delivery Conditions:
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during your selected time slot to receive the order. Our custom cakes and fresh fruit arrangements are highly perishable and cannot be left unattended outdoors. If an delivery attempt is unsuccessful because no one is home, the order will be returned to our studio, and a redelivery fee will apply.
