Return & Refund Policy Due to the fresh, handcrafted, and perishable nature of our luxury floral arrangements and artisanal pastries, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind once an order has been prepared or delivered.
- Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon reception. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at ambarluxe.au@gmail.com with photographic evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Cancellations & Modifications: Requests for cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled date. Cancellations requested after this 48-hour window cannot be refunded, as ingredients and specialty materials will have already been sourced, and production time has been exclusively allocated to your custom order.
